The first punch in/out a Supervisor or Engineer confirms for a job number can be saved as that site's GPS location (they're asked first) — every later punch for that job must then be within 200m of it. Admin isn't affected by this check and can always punch in/out manually from anywhere. Reset a job here only if its location was saved from the wrong spot — the next punch for that job will ask again. Or avoid the check entirely for a job (an office task, a site with poor signal) with "Exempt" — no location is ever saved or checked for it until you require it again.
